Now Hiring. Yes, really.

Dun, dun, dun.

You heard it here second this time.

Dani is leaving us, guys. Yep, sometimes great partnerships come to an end.

This, of course, is mucho amazing for her, but it leaves a gaping hole in my business entourage (and Paul Bunyan-size shoes to fill).

Since Dani watched me give birth to my business baby, I asked her to come up with a list of qualifications for the next OBM. Of course, she’ll also be the frontline on hiring the next-best-thing.

Strap up your boots and bring your A-game if you’re interested. We don’t do half-assed or kiss-ass here.

Ready?

Here’s what Dani wrote:

Since I’m retiring from my OBM biz, it’s time to pass the torch.

We’re looking for:

  • A strategist, an online business manager, a frontline person to handle B’s biz like a fucking boss.
  • Ontraport (or equivalent) skills would be killer.
  • Experience with businesses with 750+K/year revenue.
  • Launch experience. Yes, we will ask you about it.

Hours: We usually practice general business hours, but B is a pistol: Her ideas flow and we jump to make magical shit happen. I worked 30 hours a month average, so we’ll expect the same. Sometimes more during launch times.

Short, sweet and enough information to get the ball rolling the last few weeks I have her by my side.

Think you qualify?

Send us a blurb – not a resume – to dani@rebeccatdickson.com. We want to know:

  • How much experience you have
  • How and what you want to get paid
  • Why you think you can hang in this crowd

My team and I will go through every applicant and figure out who is the right fit. We don’t have room for anyone who isn’t ready to kick major ass in the upcoming year.

If this sounds like you, I hope you’re writing your email right meow.

Every once in a while, you just need to take a stand

Biz bomb?

Igniting.

After an amazing year as a full-time business consultant, I’m streamlining my services and losing one.

As you know, I’m a huge believer in being your own best advocate. Nowhere is this more important than when you’re a coach. You must do what feels best. Otherwise, your service doesn’t benefit anyone.

Hating the offer you thought you’d love? Drop it.

Feeling pulled to try something new and leave an older, safer package behind? Rock on.

You know people will feel some initial disappointment, so you’re hesitant? You’ll never continue on successfully if you keep worrying how everyone else feels.

Cue the trumpets:

October 31st is the last day I’ll accept any 90-day 1:1 clients. Yep, my biggest package is disappearing at the end of this month.

Don’t get me wrong. I love my clients, and watching their catapulted successes. But the energy around this package is shifting so much, I know I need to pull the plug indefinitely.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU:

If you’ve been trying to manifest the money to grab one of these spots, it’s time to werrrrrk.

  • It will take a $5,000 deposit to hold your slot
  • We’ll begin working together sometime between late November and early January (depending on how quickly you get in)

Reserve your slot now, and you get:

  • Your own private sales coach (Value: $25,000)
  • The expertise of a wealth consciousness coach (Value: $10,000+)
  • A dedicated copywriter for your business (Value: $7,000+)
  • Your own graphic designer (Value: $5,000+)
  • A social media expert working on your behalf (Value: $3,600+)
  • The website of your dreams (Value: $7,500)

And a business that never looks back.

The best business coaches and consultants don’t give advice they wouldn’t take. So I’m putting my money where my mouth is and backing down before I burn out.

Maybe I just need time to refocus and recharge. Maybe I’ll never have another 90-day client in my life. Either way, what’s best for me actually means I can be my best for you.

That’s what truly matters.

Don’t worry, you still have the Power Hour option to work with me 1:1, and CCC is around too (which is the greatest group on the Internet). Manifest Now and the Money Mindset Mastermind are also still rockin’.

I’m not going anywhere. I’m just freeing up more time to take on more calls and change the lives of more business owners than I could when I had long-term clients.

If you’re interested in grabbing one of my LAST 90-day 1:1 client slots, email Dani at Dani (at) rebeccatdickson (dot) com to book a 30-minute consult and see if we’re a good fit.

Who knows, maybe freeing up this time means I create more epic shit?
