THE IMPACT METHOD™
Six sessions that rewrite how trauma gets stored in your brain
You’ve tried everything. Therapy that felt like rehashing the same stories for months. Energy work that made you feel better temporarily. Coaching that gave you tools you couldn’t actually use when you needed them most.
You make progress, feel hopeful, then find yourself right back where you started when something triggers you.
The Impact Method™ works differently.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
Every time you remember trauma, your brain opens a 5-6 hour window where that memory becomes changeable. It’s called memory reconsolidation, and most people have no idea it exists.
I figured out how to use this window systematically.
When we process a traumatic memory in session, your brain thinks it’s happening now. Within 4 hours of that session, you go to a pre-identified awe location or experience something you know creates awe for you. The competing neurobiological experience literally rewrites how that memory gets stored.
This isn’t talk therapy. We’re not endlessly processing what happened to you. We’re using your brain’s natural memory updating system to change how those experiences affect you now.
This isn’t exposure therapy. We work with memories that are already active, not deliberately triggering new material.
This isn’t spiritual bypassing. We deal with the actual memory, not trying to think positive thoughts about it.
THE SIX-SESSION PROCESS
Session 1: Assessment & Awe Development
We identify your target memory and develop 3-5 reliable awe experiences you can access within 4 hours of our sessions.
Sessions 2-5: Memory Processing & Awe Integration
Each session focuses on one aspect of your target memory. After processing, you complete your awe assignment within the reconsolidation window.
Session 6: Integration & Outcome Assessment
We measure changes and ensure you can maintain the shifts independently.
Timeline: 6 weeks, one session per week
Session length: 60 minutes each
THIS IS TRAUMA-INFORMED COACHING, NOT THERAPY
I’m not a therapist. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. This is trauma-informed coaching that uses your brain’s natural memory processing system.
Clear referral protocols: If clinical issues emerge, I’ll refer you to appropriate licensed professionals.
Safety framework: Built-in assessment tools and crisis protocols ensure appropriate boundaries.
Coaching scope: We work with how past experiences affect your current life, not clinical trauma treatment.
WHO THIS WORKS FOR
You’re a good fit if:
- You have one primary traumatic memory that still affects your daily life
- You’ve done some personal work but need breakthrough results
- You’re willing to complete awe assignments between sessions
- You want systematic change, not endless processing
- You’re stable enough for coaching (not in crisis)
This isn’t right if:
- You need clinical mental health treatment
- You’re dealing with complex trauma requiring specialized therapy
- You’re currently in crisis or having thoughts of self-harm
- You want someone to fix you instead of teaching you systematic methods
- You’re not ready to take responsibility for your own healing process
WHAT CLIENTS SAY
“In six sessions, I experienced more lasting change than in two years of traditional therapy. The awe assignments seemed simple, but they created shifts I can still feel months later.”
“I was skeptical about the timing aspect, but following the protocol exactly created results I didn’t think were possible. The memory doesn’t control me anymore.”
“This method got to the core issue faster than anything I’ve tried. I finally understand why other approaches weren’t working.”

READY TO START?
This method works when other approaches haven’t because it uses your brain’s natural memory updating system instead of trying to think your way past trauma.
The question isn’t whether this will work. The question is whether you’re ready to do something different than what you’ve been trying.
Space is limited. I work with a small number of individual clients to ensure quality attention to each person’s process.
