Taurus Full Moon and Partial Lunar Eclipse – November 19th
The full moon in Taurus reached peak early today at 3:57 a.m. EST. We also had the longest partial eclipse in 580+ years.
This moon is known as a Beaver Moon or Snow Moon.
The energy is calling our attention to release what’s in the way.
Pay attention to what is shifting now and tune into what is coming up within you. Are you holding on to something you know it’s time to let go? Are you clutching onto an old pattern, resisting change?
The further we move into self-expression now, the more we are able to recognize and navigate what is true and what need to be released.
It might feel as thought it’s easier to release over the next two weeks.
Stay open-minded and grounded.
What Do Full Moons Mean in Astrology?
Moon generally govern our emotional states. The full moon is often associated with clarity and closure, and because it shines at its brightest in this phase, your energy and emotions are likely running just as high.
It’s here to shed light on the previously unknown and offer a clearer look at certain situations. This is a time for letting go and embracing endings.
Ask yourself: What can I now see is holding me back from what I want or from becoming the best version of myself? Think hard because it may be time to walk away from those things for good.
What Do Lunar Eclipses Mean in Astrology?
A lunar eclipse is essentially an emotionally chaotic wildcard. It often serves as the catalyst that speeds up change. A lunar eclipse with a full moon is like all the effects of the full moon on steroids: unexpected or sudden endings or breakthroughs.
This might sound scary, but if you reframe how you see a lunar eclipse, you’ll be in a better position to harness its power. The things that coincide with a lunar eclipse are not necessarily bad. They just move you toward the positive things that are meant for you faster.
Things will get real very quickly, but the growth you experience when an eclipse pushes you right out of your comfort zone is even realer.

With this card, you are inclined to try anything. You embrace new opportunities and projects. You do not necessarily have a solid plan in place, nor do you really know where you are headed, but you are excited about the possibilities.
You have a gift for dreaming up new creative ideas unfettered by the burdens of everyday life. Nothing will get in the way of your dreams.
The Page of Wands can appear when a spiritual path or journey may be calling you. You have a curious mind and are intrigued to see where this call might lead. You are open to the experience and keen to discover new levels of consciousness.
Card #2 – 7 of Wands – Protection, defense, strong will, standing up for self
This card represents opposing views, standing up for what you believe in, and holding your own. It signifies taking the high road, maintaining control and being strong willed.
This card also indicates someone who is protective, defensive, assertive, forceful, relentless, determined and territorial. It can suggest you are being harassed or bothered, blamed or scapegoated – but you are resisting. Life may be challenging, busy and hectic with this card, so you will need stamina.
Take care of yourself and keep going.
Card #3 – The Moon – Illusion, fear, anxiety, subconscious, intuition
The Moon represents fears and illusions and often shows up when we are projecting fear into our present and future, based on past experiences.
You may have a painful memory that caused emotional distress, and rather than dealing with the emotions, you pushed them down deep into your subconscious. Now, these emotions are making a reappearance.
The Moon can indicate a time of uncertainty and illusion, when nothing is what it seems. Be careful of making fast decisions because you may later realize you only had half the information. You need to listen to and trust your intuition so you can see beyond what is in front of you.
Feel into situations rather than thinking what they mean. Let go of your conscious mental blocks or negative self-talk and allow your intuition to guide you. Your dreams, intuition and inner guidance lead you forward toward higher levels of understanding – if you listen and use your judgement to help interpret subconscious messages.

In your creative projects, you feel your way into them, trusting your heart and your inner guidance to lead you in the right direction. You know when something is off, and you pay attention to this, even if it doesn’t make rational sense.
When the Queen of Cups appears in a reading, you are being asked to trust your intuition and pay attention to your feelings and emotions. Lead with your heart, not your head. Be open to receive the intuitive messages flowing to you, be it through your dreams, meditation or visualization.
