You know exactly what to do. You have known for years.
So the question was never how.
Six weeks – live – to find out what the “not doing it” is buying you.
Get in for $397
Starts October 1. The price goes up next week.
If any of this sounds like you
You have a goal you have started so many times the file has a version number.
You know exactly what to do. You wrote the steps down. You did not do them.
You have read the books. You have the app. You bought the planner in January.
You tell people you are busy. You are not that busy.
Some nights you lie there and wonder what is wrong with you.
You watch women with half your talent finish things you have not started.
You have decided the problem is discipline. So you keep trying to want it more.
“Six weeks in working with Becky, my mindset, my clarity, my visibility and my confidence have all dramatically transformed. If you want someone who is there to pick you up and dust you off when the self-sabotage kicks in, who will make sure you get what you are going after, then hire Becky NOW.” – Niamh
Here is what happens instead

You stop asking what is wrong with you, because you find out nothing is.
You find the actual reason the thing has not happened. Not the excuse. The reason.
You look at what that reason has cost you so far, in years and specifics, and you decide with open eyes whether you want to keep paying it.
Some of you drop the goal here. On purpose. That is a win and I will explain why.
The rest of you build a plan that accounts for the thing that has been eating your plans.
When the wall comes, and it comes around week four in anything, you know what it is and you do not mistake it for proof you were right about yourself.
Then you do it again with something else. Because it is a process, not a pep talk.

Introducing Nice Try
Six weeks that find out what the not doing it is buying you, then build around it instead of pretending it is not there.
Why I am the one who built this
In 2017 I taught a program on goals. It sold well. People liked it.
It told you that you were in total control. That nobody can make you feel anything. That victim mentality was weakening your ability to choose.
I meant it at the time.
Then I spent the next nine years learning what a nervous system actually does under threat. I built a trauma-informed certification. I created an assessment that measures what kids learn to DO to survive a house, not what was done to them. I filed patents. I watched hundreds of women get told by coaches that their survival response was a character flaw, and I watched what that did to them.
You get in a car wreck and you start shaking. You are not choosing to shake. That is a healthy nervous system making sure your body does not hold the wreck. Now imagine an EMT standing over you demanding you stop, because you are playing victim.
That is what most goal programs do. Including mine.
Last week I found the old worksheets. I read them with my stomach turning. And buried on page four of week one, in a list of nine questions, was this one.
What is the payoff for keeping it like it is?
I had the right question in 2017. I just asked it like an accusation. Admit it. Admit you are getting something out of your own mess.
It is not an accusation. It is the thing.
Your avoidance has a job. It is protecting something real. It might be protecting you from a version of yourself your family cannot handle, or from finding out you tried your hardest and it was not enough, or from the relationship that would not survive you being that visible.
Whatever it is, it is smart. It has been doing its job well for years. That is why every plan you build gets quietly taken apart from the inside.
You cannot out-discipline something that is trying to keep you safe. You have to find out what it thinks it is saving you from, and deal with that instead.
That is what I built. It is the only goal program I know of that starts by assuming the part of you that keeps stopping is right about something.
“There are millions of people out there claiming to bring you overnight riches, massive success, immediate results. There are FEW that call you on your shit without shaming, who get you so uncomfortable in the sidelines of your ‘safe zone’ that you are willing to batter-up, even if you strike out again and again. This woman isn’t for everyone.” – Dana
What you get
Before we start: the Payoff Audit. Seven questions, twenty minutes, in your hands the minute you sign up. It finds the sentence that runs the whole six weeks. You do not wait until October to start.
Week 1, October 1: The thing you keep not doing. No vision boards. No dreaming. You name the specific goal you have already abandoned, because that is the one you are actually carrying, and we start there.
Week 2, October 8: What it is buying you. The job your avoidance has been doing. This is the week people go quiet and then send me long messages.
“She will lead you through the depths of your shit and won’t let you off the hook until it is handled.” – Jami
Week 3, October 15: What it costs. You have been paying for this. In years, in work you did not make, in the thing you told yourself you would get to. You put a number on it. Then you decide if you still want it. Some goals die here and that is the point.
Week 4, October 22: The plan. Built around what you found in weeks two and three instead of against it. Day to day steps, weekly checkpoints, and the specific places your particular payoff will come for the plan.
Week 5, October 29: When it comes back for you. It always comes back. Usually right when the thing stops being interesting. You will know what it looks like when it shows up wearing something else, and what to do in the moment instead of quitting and calling it a personality trait.
Week 6, November 5: Do it again. The whole process on one page so you can run it on anything. This is the part that makes it worth more than the six weeks.
Every call is about an hour, live, at 2 pm ET. Recordings go out after. Every worksheet is yours to keep, so you can run the process again whenever you want on something else.
What this is not
I am not going to tell you that you can make a million in six weeks. Or go from couch to marathon. Or drop a hundred pounds by Halloween.
Six weeks is enough time to find out why you keep stopping and become someone who does not.
That is a bigger thing anyway. You only need it once.

FAQ
Is this mindset work? No. Mindset work tells you the thinking is the problem and if you fix the thinking the behavior follows. That is backwards and it is why you have failed at this before. The behavior is protecting you. We deal with what it is protecting.
Is this therapy? No. I am not your therapist and this is not treatment. It is a structured process for finding out why a specific thing is not getting done. If what comes up is bigger than a goal, I will tell you so, and you should take it somewhere equipped for it.
What if I cannot make a call live? Watch the recording. It goes out after every session and it is yours to keep. The worksheets are where the work happens anyway, so if you only have time for one thing, do those.
I do not know what my goal is. Then you are in the right place, because week one does not ask you to pick one. It asks what you keep not doing. Everybody knows the answer to that one immediately, even when they wish they did not.
I have bought goal programs before and did not finish. That is the qualification, not the disqualification. Whatever stopped you in those is the exact material week two works on.
How much time does it take? One hour on the call and one worksheet. Under two hours a week if you do it properly.
What if I decide to drop the goal? Good. That is a legitimate outcome and week three is built to allow it. Dropping something you have been dragging for four years frees up more than finishing something you never wanted.
When does it start and what does it cost? October 1, Thursdays at 2pm ET, through November 5. Today it is $397. Next week it is $497. The week after that it is $597. I am telling you the whole ladder up front so you can decide with the actual information instead of finding out later.
What does it cost to not do this? Another year of the same file on your desktop. You already know what that feels like, which is why you read this far.
YOU’VE BEEN CALLING IT LAZY
You have apologized for this for years. Told people you are scattered. Told yourself you are undisciplined. Promised everybody, including you, that this time would be different.
Then January. Then March. Then the file goes back in the folder.
It was never discipline. Something in you has been keeping you out of that room on purpose, and it has been very good at its job.
Nice Try is where you look it in the face.
Six weeks. Live. No vision boards. No affirmations. Just the practical work of finding out what the not doing it is buying you, and saying out loud whether you still want to pay for it.
Find out why you stop. Look at what it has cost. Then go finish the fucking thing.

About Becky
Becky has been doing this since 2008. Award-winning journalist, former editor, masters in psychology, multiple seven-figure earner, and the person who wrote the frameworks thousands of people are using right now without knowing whose they are.
She has spent 17 years watching smart women explain why the thing has not happened yet. She knows every excuse before you make it. She is not interested in them.
She is also constitutionally incapable of letting you pretend the problem is something other than what it is.
That is not a selling point for everyone. For the right person, it is the only thing that has ever worked.
